Job Description

Gan Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Review Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, reach out to, and engage with clients to encourage them to leave reviews on various platforms, including Google, Trust Review, Behemoth, Digitrust, and others. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to acquire client reviews across multiple review platforms.
Identify and reach out to satisfied clients via email, phone, or other communication channels to encourage them to leave positive reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor and track review submissions and follow up with clients as necessary to ensure completion.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to identify clients who have had positive experiences with our products and services.
Provide regular reports on review acquisition progress and results to management.
Address any concerns or questions clients may have about the review process.
Stay up-to-date with best practices and trends in online reviews and reputation management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with online review platforms such as Google, Trust Review, Behemoth, Digitrust, etc., is a plus.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
