IT Support Specialist

Position Overview

Gan Technologies is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal employees, resolving IT-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Set up and configure new user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades and migrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and support tickets using IT service management tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
