  • Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers
  • WHMCS licenses or other third-party vendor licenses
  • Dedicated servers and IP addresses
  • Service renewals or upgrades
  • Promotional, discounted, or trial accounts
  • One-time setup fees or installation fees
  • Any service suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a support ticket through our Client Portal at billing.gan.co.ke or email us at support@gan.co.ke.
  2. Provide your invoice number, service name, and a brief explanation for the refund request.
  3. Our billing team will review your request within 2–5 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as account credit.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are typically issued via the same payment method used for purchase. Depending on the payment processor, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to reflect in your account.

If your payment method does not support refunds (e.g., M-Pesa Paybill, cryptocurrency), we may offer store credit or an alternative payment method as agreed upon.

6. Service Cancellations

To cancel a service:

  • Log in to your client portal and select Request Cancellation before the renewal date.
  • Cancellations after renewal are not eligible for refunds.
  • Failure to cancel a service before renewal implies consent to continue the subscription.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first is considered a violation of this policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in a chargeback and deny future service.

8. Policy Updates

GAN Technologies reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
